Owning and operating a successful Carpet, Rug, and Upholstery cleaning business (Peterborough Carpet & Rug Care) has really opened my eyes to the part we all play in protecting our planet and reducing the impact we have; not to mention all the scary ingredients in the products we use every day!

I have been making my own cold-process soap for many years now and love knowing exactly what is in the products I'm using on my skin. My friends and family have been my biggest supporters and with the births of my grand-babies, a whole new vision took place for hand-crafted, luxury skin care products and safer, plant-based cleaners and laundry solutions (do you know what's in most commercial laundry detergents? It's pretty scary to say the least!) With this new vision in mind, Leaf & Lather was created!

Well, every single Leaf & Lather skin care product has been carefully developed in partnership with a Certified Cosmetic Formulator / Cosmetic Chemist  (who is quite possibly one of the most talented & amazing women I know!).  My products have been throughly tested to ensure they are not only luxurious & effective, but safe too. You'll find items such as hand-crafted lip balm, cold-process soap, all natural baby products, body butters, hand soap, and much more!
